Every traveler may apply for ESTA directly through the official government website, esta.cbp.dhs.gov, for the government fee only, without using any third-party service. Using our service is entirely optional.
What our fee covers
Our price consists of the official U.S. government ESTA fee plus a separate service fee for application assistance, error review, submission, status tracking, and customer support. Both amounts are itemized before payment.
No guarantee of approval
The decision to approve or deny an ESTA application is made solely by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. We cannot influence, accelerate, or guarantee the outcome of any application. An approved ESTA does not guarantee entry into the United States; admission is determined by CBP officers at the port of entry.
